About
Rachael DeBoer is an actor performing in both theatre and film. From South Florida, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her creative drive. Rachael fell in love with performing at a young age, reenacting scenes from Looney Tunes with her four siblings. It was then that Rachael found she was the most herself when making people laugh.
She officially started acting at the age of 8 as Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown where she forgot her lines on stage. Now she can be seen in roles ranging from Edward Bloom in Big Fish to the Nurse in Romeo and Juliet where she remembered all her lines. From Shakespeare to Sketch Comedy, she says “yes, and!”
With training in armed and unarmed stage combat along with years of training in sports such as taekwondo and basketball, Rachael maintains strength in many physical and adventurous roles.
Alongside credits in film directing, stage directing, and playwriting, Rachael is in the process of developing a two-hander comedic play and a mockumentary pilot.
When she is not doing her vivacious creative endeavors, you can find her playing basketball, crocheting, or getting involved in community volunteering.
